Set the Limits for the Young and Wireless

Mobile phones are becoming more popular among young people. Children 7 years old had their parent bought them a phone, the parents use them so they can find their children if they wander away. Still, parents who buy kids mobile phones should keep in mind a few rules. Remind children to be careful about no talking nor texting to strangers. And to keep bills from skyrocketing, choose a phone with a prepaid calling card. Children should also be taught common rules of phone courtesy, such as turning them off in cinemas and places of worship.
