My friend living near a prestigious medical school, He used to being around well-to-do doctors and medical types. He doesn't realize how jaded He'd become until He was walking with his son and passed by a shiny new Mercedes. The license plate read SNOBDR. "Isn't that just like those guys up there at the hospital to have a vanity plate that read 'Snob Doctor'?" He said. His son quickly brought him back to reality. "Dad, the owner's a snowboarder."
