Thanks to avocados, this recipe is rich in lutein ( protects eyesight ), beta-sistosterol ( helps lower cholesterol ), glutathione (may prevent throat and mouth cancers) and vitamin E ( good for the heart ). Avocado also have more potassium and magnesium than popular fuits, including bananas. As for fat the stuff in avocados primarily monounsaturated, the good kind.
