Joss !!! Gandos !!! some way of a countryside Indonesian people express their excitement of something marvelous. But do you know that the word Gandos itself has some meaning? It was actually some snack made from some flour and coconut milk mixed together and then cooked into some steel mold that heated. Some people, if they like it sweet, pour some sugar on top. Originally tasted salty and crisp. You should try it if you come in Indonesia (central Java) sometimes for vacations.
